You acknowledge and consent for the hospital to record your personal information and send your personal information via application and you agree that the application can send your personal information from the database of the hospital to your mobile device or other communication devices. Any of your personal information appearing on the application shall constitute an information with your consent.

SSB Mobility is highly concerned about your personal information, thus SSB Mobility would like to give a clear announcement about our personal privacy policy as follows.

Personal information gathering and how the information is used.

SSB Mobility shows the service usage information, treatment history, and medicine information between patients and the hospital. By using the application, the user allows the application to send reminders, call for treatment or services, make appointments and remind to take medicine, check the medicine schedule, and send news about the hospital (These features altogether are called "Notifications" on the mobile device or communication device of the user.

SSB Mobility intends to use this application for providing convenience. The information will not be stored or controlled by the SSB Mobility network or server. In addition, SSB Mobility does not have the obligation to keep the records of the users who undergo treatment or services.

Disclosure of personal information.

You have the right of your personal information. SSB Mobility will not allow disclosure of personal information or use without your permission, except for the following conditions:

• you permit disclosure of your information to other hospitals.
• you permit to display your information on mobile device or communication device that belongs to others.
• the disclosure of such information for hospitals with an Health Connect symbol.
• disclosure of your information follows the permitted law or an order from a related government department.

Your personal information will be highly safe. Hence, your information that SSB Mobility receives will be used according to your objectives only. It will also be protected from being used without your permission.

Information security.

For information security, you can set the personal password for access by yourself, as a protection standard from unauthorized people. SSB Mobility does not know your password. This ensures that your personal password for access is completely safe. However, you should know the protection guidelines to protect your personal information. It is suggested that the password must be secret and should be changed frequently. Do not let anyone see your password when you are logging in and try to remember your personal password without writing it down somewhere.

This application is made available for displaying services information, receiving of services, history of care, and medication information between you and the hospital only. This application is not intended to be provided for providing advice or medical consultation or diagnosis and has no part in any interpretation or advice whatsoever. The application only displays data which has been read by the hospital and each of which may have different interpretation standards.

Cookies and related technology.

SSB Mobility may have advertisements on the application. Some advertisements are posted by SSB Mobility and some by a third party. Clicking on advertisements may redirect you to the website of the advertiser or the third party. If you click on the advertisement, SSB Mobility is not responsible for the personal information management of the advertiser. If personal information is requested in the advertisement, the user should always review the privacy policy of the advertiser.

An advertisement network and third party may use cookies, web beacon, and other technologies to gather non-personal information or website history, which is not part of the SSB Mobility application. SSB Mobility does not have the right to control cookies, web beacon and other technologies used by a third party.
